כמעצב חוויית משתמש אני תמיד מחפשת את המקום שבו עיצוב מדויק פוגש צורך אמיתי. בפרויקט שלHARÉ Beauty המטרה הייתה להבין כיצד ניתן להפוך חוויית קניית מוצרי טיפוח אישית יומיומית ומשפיעה על הביטחון העצמי לפשוטה ברורה ומעוררת אמון.

בשלב מוקדם עלתה השאלה המרכזית למה רכישת מוצרי ביוטי אונליין עדיין מרגישה לעיתים מבלבלת עמוסה או לא מספיק בטוחה.

משתמשות סיפרו שהן מתקשות להבין מה באמת מתאים לעור שלהן שחסר להן מידע ברור על רכיבים ותוצאות שמקשים עליהן להרגיש בטוחות בהחלטה. אחרות רצו לשפר את שגרת הטיפוח שלהן אך לא מצאו חוויה שמלווה אותן בצורה רגועה ומובנת.

כך התחיל התהליך, עבדתי על יצירת היררכיה ברורה עיצוב נקי שמדגיש שקיפות ואמינות ושפה ויזואלית שמעניקה תחושת רוגע יוקרה וביטחון. כל החלטה נועדה לתמוך במסע משתמש טבעי, כזה שמאפשר חקירה, הבנה ובחירה ללא עומס מיותר.

HARÉ Beauty נבנה מתוך מחשבה על אנשים. על הרגעים היומיומיים שבהם הם בוחרים לטפל בעצמם על הצורך להרגיש בטוחים במוצרים שהם שמים על העור ועל הרצון לחוויה שמרגישה אישית רגישה ומכבדת בכל שלב במסע.

As a UX UI designer I am always drawn to the place where thoughtful design meets a real human need.With HARÉ Beauty the goal was to understand how an online skincare experience that is personal everyday and closely tied to self confidence can feel clearer calmer and more trustworthy.

Early on a key question emergedWhy does shopping for beauty products online still feel overwhelming or uncertain for many users

Users shared that they often struggle to understand which products truly fit their skin feel unsure about ingredients and results and encounter crowded layouts that make decision making stressful. Others wanted to improve their skincare routine but lacked a guided reassuring experience they could trust.

This became the starting point of the design process.I focused on building a clear visual hierarchy emphasizing transparency and trust and shaping a visual language that feels calm elegant and supportive. Every design decision was made to create a natural user journey one that encourages exploration understanding and confident choices.

HARÉ Beauty is more than a skincare platform.It is a space designed for real people everyday rituals and the desire to feel informed confident and cared for at every step of the experience.
